We are lucky to have some of the finest beef grazing land in the country in Yorkshire where cattle are grazed in a traditional way and this is reflected in the eating quality which is second to none.
Grass fed beef is not only much better for the environment than alternatives, but also contains high levels of brain boosting Omega 3 along with many other nutrients.
Our chicken is sourced from local farmer, Ed Wilkinson. His birds are truly free range and are fed on a forage diet supplemented with over 10 varieties of fresh herbs from his Aunt's nearby herb farm. The proof is in the eating, and it really is delicious!
