There are a few better combinations than meltingly tender beef and earthy black pudding. Here, the finest British beef steak is slow cooked with Yorkshire-based Doreen’s black pudding, beef stock and a delicate balance of fresh herbs. All wrapped in our buttery shortcrust pastry so light it could float off your plate, the Yorkshire Steak & Black pudding is comforting and indulgent in equal measure.
