An award winning pie of Braised Herb Fed Chicken, Smoked Yorkshire Bacon & Leek. All the key ingredients are sourced locally and represent the best of Yorkshire produce, like the Herb Fed chicken from local farmer, Ed Wilkinson, who rears truly free-range birds on his farm near York, that are fed on a forage diet supplemented with over 10 varieties of fresh herbs from his Aunt's nearby farm.

The quality of ingredients is second to none, but to make the eating experience that little bit more luxurious, we’ve use a punchy Wensleydale Cheese offering from a local supplier, and with the addition of a creamy béchamel sauce, an extra knob of butter and the fine-tuning of the delicate balance of herbs, we believe its the perfect accompaniment to, and celebration of, the great Yorkshire ingredients that go into this pie.
