The Prize
We’re giving 3 lucky people (who can each bring a partner of their choice) the chance to win a pie making lesson at a professional cookery school, and a one night stay in the picturesque market town of Malton here in North Yorkshire.
Known as the food capital of Yorkshire, Malton plays host to The Cook’s Place, a stunning cookery school where our winners will be taught the magic of handmade pie making by our good friend, chef Stephanie Moon who appeared on The Great British Menu (series 8) and was previously Head Chef at the exclusive Rudding Park in Harrogate. Our founder, James Sturdy, will also be there to welcome you on the day and share his insights and pie making skills.
Arriving in Malton on Saturday 06 April, each winner will get an apartment to share with their partner at Chiltern Place, home to a series of contemporary apartments in the centre of town, followed by a trip to The Cook’s Place cookery school on the morning of Sunday 07 April, which will include the pie making class using some delicious Yorkshire produce.
To round out the lesson, the winners will cook and eat lunch together, leaving the afternoon free to explore Malton and the surrounding area or begin the journey home.
