Award winning, Grass-fed Yorkshire Wagyu beef paired with Buffalo blue cheese, chestnut mushrooms, fresh herbs, beef stock, Riggwelter Black Sheep ale and a dash of Henderson's Relish. All encased in light and crispy shortcrust pastry.
Yorkshire Wagyu is unique and contains high amounts of marbling, giving it a taste and texture that is like no other beef. It is produced in harmony with the Yorkshire climate on a grass based system to high welfare standards. As well as being some of the best beef you will eat, the high marbling content means it is also very high in brain boosting Omega 3 fatty acids.
